Homevisor.io

Homevisor.io is an innovative solution enabling investors to find estimates for short-term and long-term rental income, occupancy rates, and after-repair value (ARV) for any house listed for sale. The platform features a map showcasing recently sold houses or short-term rentals (STRs) in the area. Utilizing AI, it determines house types and performs comprehensive market analysis.

Vending Logic

Developed using Arduino, our Vending Logic system connects to vending and gaming machines to count pulses sent to the mainboard, converting them into dollar amounts. This data is transmitted to the cloud via built-in cellular or WiFi, enabling owners to monitor bill counts and total value, facilitating efficient route planning for collections. Users can set limits and receive email alerts when thresholds are reached.

Golf League Manager

Our Golf League Manager started as a solution for a local golf league and evolved into a comprehensive multi-league management program. It allows complete league management directly from the application, streamlining operations for league administrators.

Enterprise Data Warehouse

We constructed an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) for a major city, focusing on Use of Force, Internal Affairs, and Fire & Rescue data. Implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) to restrict data access, we created a front-end for managing RLS through table-driven rules, ensuring secure and organized data handling.

Data Structure Normalization

Our team developed a “Gold Source” database architecture, comparing it to over 200 client databases. We created scripts to iterate through changes, bringing all client databases up to the new architecture’s standards, ensuring consistency and reliability.

Python Solutions

Our Python Solutions team has created multiple robust solutions:

  • BAI2 File Ingestion: Downloads BAI2 files from SFTP, processes them, and writes account details (opening and closing balances) to SQL tables, along with transaction-level details to another SQL table.
  • Data Ingestion: Extracts data from APIs or flat files and parses it into SQL
  • File Parsing Solution: Reads all files in a folder or subfolder, searches for specific strings using REGEX, and generates logs with the count of unique occurrences by file and total unique occurrences across all files.
